Referrals

Bridge has formed relationships with many other local projects and organisations that have similar interests and aims. Referrals between partners can only serve to increase the facilities available locally and provide a more comprehensive service, that will meet the needs of the local community. As well as being referred by an agency, anyone looking to enter into membership with Bridge can refer themself.

Please select the type of referral you would like to make. Please note that Risk assessments should only be completed if one has been requested from a member of the Bridge team.

Please note, from Monday 2nd February we will not be accepting referrals for Wellingborough and Corby.
