Update 19th April 2010

The first two film courses have filled up already but we will be running a couple more starting late May/early June. Get your name down early...

Update 7th April 2010

Commencing on the 30th April 2010 there will be a film course at Aquarius (4 St Georges St, Northampton). The sessions will take place every Friday and will be 3 hours each. By the end of the course you will be able to write/design, produce and screen your own short film which will be shown at a local film night. Transport and childcare costs are included. If you wish to be referred, please approach your key worker or use our self-refferal form.

Update 2nd April 2010

There will be a football festival at the Racecourse on Friday 16th April. Teams are invited from Huntingdon, Bedford, Oxford and around the town. Get your name down to play at the next Changing Goals sessions on 9th and 12th April.

Update 22nd March 2010

In early April we will be changing some times and days for activities.

From 6th April the Women's group will be 10am-12pm on Tuesdays. There will be no kickboxing that week.

Kickboxing will resume on Wednesday 14th April, 1pm-2.30pm and will be on Wednesdays from then on.

If women have childcare issues there is now a creche facility at Northampton Women's Aid, Hazelwood Road, which is available to women attending the Self defence/fitness session. Ask us to book a place for you.
